1st Weigh In

252.9!
That is a loss of 5.7 pounds!  Yippee!  I've reached goal number 1 of losing 5 lbs, so I can get new sneakers this weekend!

I am very excited that I ate within my points for an entire week, exercised 3 times, and planned ahead for week 2.  I am a little hungry, a LOT of sore, and mucho proud of myself.

I am ready to tackle week 2!

  1. YAY Jenny! I am so glad you met your goal!!! I, however, managed to gain a pound even though I thought I was doing everything right too... perhaps I should introduce myself to Jillian. I am lifting weights, too, though, so I know muscle weighs more than fat and all that but I feel a little blah - HOWEVER - these are the moments when ya just gotta keep going and know that the scale sucks! My pants do feel a little more lose and you are inspiring me to eat better too so THANK YOU and keep it up!!! xoxo

  2. I couldn't reply to your email since there wasn't one attached through Blogger so here I am! Thanks for your comment - I am always surprised when someone actually reads my blog! I'm in the same boat as you are, trying to lose weight but getting sidetracked ALL.THE.TIME. It does help to be accountable to my blog...I'm not giving up this time! Goonies never say die!
